SWAT and Sachendi Police team up to apprehend 7 oil thieves, recover ₹44,000 worth of stolen oil and equipment

In a major crackdown on oil theft in the region, the SWAT team of DCP West and the team of Police Station Sachendi conducted a joint operation that resulted in the detention of 7 accused individuals. The team also recovered a significant amount of stolen goods, including ₹ 44000 in cash, two big oil tankers, a small vehicle, and two large drums.

According to officials, the recovered oil tankers were found to be filled with stolen oil, while the small vehicle was believed to have been used for transportation of stolen goods. The recovered drums are also believed to have been used for storage and transport of stolen oil.
