In anticipation of the upcoming festivals, including Vishwakarma Puja, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Baravafat, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) SOUTH initiated a Peace Committee meeting. The meeting brought together prominent members of the Babupurwa community to foster an environment of peace and harmony during these festive occasions.
During the meeting, attendees received instructions on the importance of celebrating these festivals with a sense of unity and tranquility. The DCP SOUTH emphasized the need for communal harmony and encouraged everyone to ensure that the festivals are observed peacefully.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) for Babupurwa, along with the Circle Officer and the Station House Officer (SHO), were present during the meeting, demonstrating a collaborative effort among law enforcement and community leaders to maintain a peaceful atmosphere during the upcoming festivities.
This initiative aims to prevent any potential disturbances and promote a sense of togetherness among the residents as they celebrate these important cultural and religious events.
