Samajwadi Party leaders and officials of Bahraich Lok Sabha constituency gathered today for a meeting held at the Samajwadi Party State Headquarters in Lucknow. National Vice President Shri Kiranmoy Nanda addressed the meeting as the chief guest.
In his address, Shri Kiranmoy Nanda criticized the BJP for its alleged disregard of democracy and the Constitution. He pointed out rising inflation and unemployment under BJP rule, accusing the party of implementing policies that primarily benefit capitalists while leaving the poor in worse conditions. He emphasized the need to address these issues and expressed confidence that the Samajwadi Party, under the leadership of Shri Akhilesh Yadav, will defeat the BJP in Uttar Pradesh. He further stated that the Samajwadi Party is focused on strengthening its presence at the grassroots level.
The meeting was chaired by Bahraich District President Shri Ram Harsh Yadav, and it was attended by various party leaders and officials, including State General Secretary Shri Jaishankar Pandey, former Cabinet Minister Shri R.K. Chaudhary, and National President of Samajwadi Ambedkar Vahini Mr. Mithai Lal Bharti, among others. The gathering emphasized the significance of the recent victory in the Ghosi assembly by-election, signaling the people's support for the Samajwadi Party in the state.
The meeting also served as a platform for discussing strategies to strengthen the party's position in the Bahraich Lok Sabha constituency.
